While spending my Christmas here, it was nothing but a noisy experience. The people who stayed in the hotel were very loud and were constantly banging doors and shouting in the corridors. The noise made it hard to sleep. The room I was assigned had outdated and very basic furniture, with no bath available. The swimming pool and patio were not kept clean, and the Wi-Fi signal was terrible.

The hotel's location is just perfect, so close to all the exciting activities Privas has to offer, like chestnut tasting and hiking. The shared library is a great addition, as it's always fun to read books you didn't choose yourself.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The personnel at Restaurant Les Chataigniers were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The comfort room I stayed in was spacious and pleasant, with a patio where I could relax. The hotel had a clean swimming pool, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The shower in the room was great, with a powerful water flow. The check-in process was efficient and the evening waitress was really nice. I particularly enjoyed the pleasant outdoor terrace where I could unwind.
